For many years, I have been a painter and craft artist. During the past eight years, I have become passionately involved with making beaded jewelry. My involvement began by chance. I was in a small bead store in Vancouver and happened to see beading classes were available and this really appealed to me, so I signed up. Convinced that I could make beaded jewelry, I bought some beads and thread and off I went.

Soon I found myself buying every available book on beading and tried a variety of techniques, settling on beaded art such as 3D work and lace collars. I promised myself that each piece would be special and one of a kind, making the wearer of my art proud.
